School Fundraising Limited (‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’) is delighted to be supporting your PTA’s fundraising activities. This document sets out our role in the ordering process. If you have any questions, please contact your PTA before placing any orders through our website.

1           Orders

1.1          When you place an order, we will fulfil it using the details on your order form as at that time.

1.2          Before placing your order, please carefully check all details on the order form you received from your PTA are correct, including spelling of names etc. If there are any errors, please inform us via the online page as directed during the order process.

1.3          We will not be liable for, and will not replace, products produced from incorrect order forms where you have had the opportunity to change the details as per paragraph 1.2.

1.4          Upon our receipt of your order, we will send you a confirmation email.

2           Printing and Delivery

2.1          We will not print or dispatch any order until the PTA project online shop closes, on the date specified on the order form, or as otherwise agreed between us and your PTA.

2.2          When the PTA project online shop closes, we will print all orders together, and will dispatch and deliver all products directly to your PTA. We aim to dispatch within 2 weeks of the closing date, but this is an estimate only.

2.3          Your PTA will be responsible for distributing products to you.

3           Pricing and Payment

3.1          The price you see at the online portal where you place your order is set by your PTA.

3.2          We will collect payment at the point of ordering, on behalf of your PTA.

4           Complaints or Concerns

4.1          We are acting as agent for your PTA only, so your contractual relationship is with the PTA and not with us.

4.2          If you experience any issues with an order, please contact your PTA directly.

5           Data protection

5.1          We may collect some personal data during the ordering process, when you provide your payment details. When processing such personal data, we will comply with our current privacy notice which can be viewed at here.
