At School Fundraising we believe in keeping things simple which is why our leaver’s hoodies service is stripped back to those elements that we know are the most important to our clients. Our simplified service means we are able to provide a quality, timely service, where everything is handled in-house and we retain complete control and responsibility for your order at every stage. Our Streamlined Service
Things we DO
- You can choose from a wide range of colours of hoodies (over 30 choices in 2021).
- We DO NOT make any charge to create the artwork for the reverse of the hoodies.
- A "Nickname" can be included on the reverse of the hoodie at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE
- We have a very low minimum order quantity of 12 hoodies
- All work is completed in-house (most companies outsource the work to trade printers!)
Things we DO NOT do
- We do not offer any decoration on the front of the hoodies (no embriodery/transfers etc)
- We do not offer any decoration on the sleeves of the hoodies
- We do not offer a wide range of different designs. We utilise a single "21" design which will be tailored for your children
- Multiple colour hoodies within a single order. A single order must consist of all hoodies of the same chosen colour.
Prices for 2021
Our simplified and streamlined offering also means we are able to offer leavers hoodies at exceptionally keen prices to our loyal clients. These are our complete prices. We DO NOT charge extra for artwork, for making changes to artwork, for printing nicknames or for delivery (except on orders for less than £200). All prices include VAT where applicable. For 2021 our hoodie prices are as follows:

Child Sized Hoodie £14.00
All of our hoodies are available in both Adult Sizes (for larger children) and child sizes. A child sized hoodie is priced lower than an adult sized hoodie because there is no VAT payable on the child sizes.

Adult Sized Hoodie £18.00
All of our hoodies are available in both Adult Sizes (for larger children) and child sizes. A child sized hoodie is priced lower than an adult sized hoodie because there is no VAT payable on the child sizes. The price quoted includes VAT at 20%.

Delivery Charges (Small Orders) £8.95
Delivery will be charged on orders of less than £200. Delivery is free, otherwise.
Packaging and Delivery Times
Our hoodies will arrive in cardboard boxes labelled (as best we can) with the sizes contained in those boxes to make distribution as easy as possible. Our standard turnaround time is “up to 3 weeks” from closure of your online shop although some orders are completed quicker outside of peak times.
Colour Choices
We offer a wide range of colour choices, all of which can be viewed here. Colours are subject to stock levels which can change rapidly at peak times (May onwards). If your colour becomes unavailable for any reason we will offer a substituent colour as close to the original as possible. We will always discuss any colour changes with you before your order is printed.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a sample service for hoodies for 2021 because of the need to keep everybody safe.
