We periodically request feedback from our clients to see how our service is being received and to seek out any areas where we might be able to make improvements to our products, processes and service.  We ask a number of different questions in our survey but below is a summary of the more important measures from our 2020 client satisfaction survey which collected responses from all of our Christmas 2019 clients.
