DO THE PARENTS RECEIVE A SAMPLE CARD PRIOR TO ORDERING?
We do not send out individual sample cards. Parents will receive a personalised order form. The order form will be printed with their child’s name and class and will have a picture of their child’s design on the reverse.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE NAME IS SPELT INCORRECTLY ON THE ORDER FORM?
If the name or class is incorrect on the order form there is section to amend this. To request a correction to a name or class the parent just needs to fill in the box on the order form, any corrections are then made before the order is processed.
IF A CHILD MISPLACES THEIR ORDER FORM CAN A DUPLICATE BE ISSUED?
Via your online account you can request a copy order form for any child that has submitted artwork. Once logged into your account and current project there is a section called ‘copy order forms’ this tab loads a list of all the children that have subm .........
WHEN DO THE ORDER FORMS NEED TO BE RETURNED?
All orders need to be placed by our last order deadline date of 30th November 2018. The order forms will have been pre printed with the deadline date you set parents for ordering, once you have received all your orders back you can place your order online .........
